At ElitePro Detailing, we provide top-tier automotive detailing, paint protection, ceramic coatings, and more. We’ve built a reputation for excellence, and now we’re expanding our team to bring that same standard of service to more clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
Conduct follow-ups via phone,
Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead and client information.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and increase lead generation.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Represent ElitePro Detailing at car shows, networking events, and local partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive, luxury services, or a similar field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
Passion for cars and the automotive detailing industry.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally.
