Job Summary:
RGM Agency is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling sales presentations. After the initial training period, applicants will be expected to handle deal closings directly for an opportunity to earn compounding residual income.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. You will play a pivotal role in helping us meet and exceed our sales targets of bringing in a minimum of 3 clients per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach via phone,
Qualify prospects and schedule sales presentations or demos for the owner.
Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Communicate the value of RGM’s services, including SEO, website design, reputation management, and SaaS solutions.
Achieve a minimum sales target of 2 new clients per month.
Accurately track and manage prospect interactions and lead statuses using the CRM .
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, home services, or a related industry.
Strong skills and confidence in cold calling and building rapport with prospects.
Goal-oriented and driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL), and other sales tools.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work on commission based pay
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the home services industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, restoration).
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and executing cold
Strong phone and Zoom sales skills, including the ability to confidently close deals
