Job Description:

FelixFusion is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on attending client meetings, presenting our AI-powered solutions, and closing deals. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our growth by building meaningful relationships with potential clients and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Client Management:
Identify, qualify, and engage prospects.
Schedule and lead client meetings, showcasing FelixFusion’s AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs.

Deal Closing:
Convert qualified leads into clients through effective communication and negotiation.
Overcome objections and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.

Qualifications Required:
3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech industries.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Experience in B2B sales or the government procurement industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Comfortable managing remote clients and conducting virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom).

Bonus Points:
Previous experience selling AI or SaaS products.
Knowledge of government procurement processes and tendering landscape.

Work Setup
Location: Remote.
Employment Type: Full-time.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive base salary ranging from 1100 USD to 1700 USD per month.
