Job Responsibilities & Expectations-- THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER POSITION!!!!
Below are some of the responsibilities an appointment setter is expected to assume:
++ SALES EXPERIENCE (Product is e-book and car rentals. Comfortable speaking confidently to clients, will be tested in interview)
++ Handling Sales Objection (will be tested in interview)
+ Strong English Clarity & affliction, very important to this position.
+ Ability to read newscript fluently (a script will be sent and then send us a video or audio clip reading the script).
+ AT LEAST 50 Offers a Day! Mandatory
+Interacting & qualifying leads from
+Responding to Fb Messenger, Instagram, & other platform inquiries (organic & funnel)
+Conversing with Leads thru Voice Notes more than phone calls. Some aspects of cold calling,
+Creating engaging Write ups for social media posts thru
+Compiling Waitlists of past inquiries & potential clients
+Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
+Daily required Midday & End of Day Reports/Appt call sheets at end of each shift
+Maintaining records: Keep accurate records of all communications with potential clients
+Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
+Use Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job
+Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
+Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
+Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
+Field incoming phone calls and convert 50% or more to appointments
+Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
+ Preferred Availability 9:00 am- 6 pm Central Time Z

-Ability to work at least 8 hours each day, 5 days per week

+ First Week is 20 Hours & can increase to 40 Hours.
+ $3.00 starting pay with automatic raise to $4.00in 8 weeks. Position can pay up to $10.00 per hour based on Effort & Results.
