The Prime Cleaners is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through new client acquisition and fostering relationships for business development. This dual role involves proactive outreach, responding to inquiries, and developing partnerships to enhance our market presence in the Miami area.

PAY
$1300 USD PER MONTH + COMISSION.
- Earning potential is between $1300 & $2400 for the BEST reps

- Excellent English
- Excellent past experience as a sales rep

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Call Warm Leads
• Reach out to leads who have shown interest or engaged with marketing campaigns.
• Follow a structured call script and maintain detailed notes on each interaction.
2. Handle Inbound Calls
• Answer incoming calls from potential and existing customers.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling options.
3. Send Proposals
• Prepare and send customized cleaning service proposals to prospective clients.
• Follow up to confirm receipt, address any questions, and close the sale.
4. Manage Pipeline
• Track all leads, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM or designated system.
• Keep records updated with status changes, contact logs, and next steps.
5. Coordinate with Project Managers
• Communicate booked appointments and special instructions.
• Share essential lead feedback (e.g., timeline, budget, scope of services requested).
6. Maintain Product Knowledge
• Stay informed about The Prime Cleaners’ services, pricing structures, and promotions.
• Be prepared to answer customer questions and handle objections confidently.
7. Achieve Sales Targets
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for calls, proposals, and closed deals.
• Analyze personal performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
8. Build Customer Relationships
• Develop rapport with prospective and repeat clients through consistent, friendly communication.
• Address concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience that encourages referrals.
9. Collaborate with Team
• Join tea
• Offer suggestions for improving the sales process or promotional strategies.
