Sales Recruiter – Door-to-Door Sales Team

Location: Albuquerque, NM (Remote-Friendly)
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Recruiter to help us build a world-class team of door-to-door sales professionals.

Role Overview:
The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-performing door-to-door sales representatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and passionate about finding the right talent to help Solar Works Energy achieve its mission of bringing renewable energy to homes and businesses.

Responsibilities:
• Proactively source candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify candidates with the right skills, experience, and attitude for door-to-door sales.
• Manage job postings and ensure Solar Works Energy has a strong presence on recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring needs.
• Collaborate with sales managers to understand team needs and provide recruitment updates.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
• Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates, and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in sales or a related industry.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
• Experience recruiting for door-to-door or commission-based sales roles is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and may include performance-based bonuses.
