Position: Sales Quality Assurance Rep
Location: Remote
Shift: No specific shift (15-20 hrs per week). Candidate can complete the work at any time.

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Quality Assurance Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and scoring call recordings of our insurance sales agents based on our proprietary script and talk path. Your insights and feedback will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality service, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our sales process.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Call Review & Scoring: Listen to and read call transcript and recorded sales calls to evaluate compliance with scripts, regulatory guidelines, and company standards.

Quality Assessment: Identify areas of improvement, track agent performance, and document findings accurately for reporting purposes.

Feedback & Coaching: Provide timely and constructive feedback to sales agents, focusing on adherence to scripts, sales techniques, and best practices in customer engagement.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to refine quality standards, scripts, and procedures, driving continuous improvement in sales conversations.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all calls meet company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.


QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 2+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience, preferably in a call center or telesales environment.

Sales Background: Previous telesales experience and strong understanding of sales psychology and techniques.
Analytical Skills: Keen attention to detail and ability to identify subtle trends and patterns in call outcomes.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback.
Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Equipment: Must have high speed internet, reliable PC with minimum Core i5 or equivalent processor, and have a webcam.

Previous experience using Gong.io or other conversational analytics tools is preferred but not required.
Previous Insurance sales experience preferred but not required.

This position is ideal for someone that already has a full time job and is looking to make extra money without having to have a fixed schedule.

COMPENSATION
Base: $6 per hour (paid bi-weekly)
