Falador is seeking an ambitious Global Outbound Sales Consultant to expand our client portfolio by winning new business across various industries and geographies.
As our Sales Prospector, you will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with strategic partners to identify new opportunities, generate leads, and guide clients through the purchase process. You will be instrumental in driving our growth by building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads using advanced prospecting tools.
- Build relationships with C-level executives globally and advise them on our services.
- Leverage CRM platforms to manage and track lead generation efforts.
- Research trade shows and industry events to identify networking opportunities.
- Analyze competitors to uncover potential sales account opportunities.
- Provide detailed reports on sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and progress within the CRM.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training, mentorship, and feedback.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in e-commerce, tech, or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage executive-level clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive results.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
