JOB OVERVIEW

The main goal of this position is to help streamline the sales funnel by ensuring that the sales team, particularly those handling direct outreach like appointment setters, has well-researched and qualified leads to engage with.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and qualifying potential leads according to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and preparing comprehensive notes to enable our appointment setters to conduct effective cold calls. Your research will directly impact the success of our sales outreach and contribute to driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Identification:

Conduct in-depth research to compile and maintain an up-to-date list of targeted leads.
Use various tools and platforms to identify potential prospects. BONUS POINTS for having your own platforms and tools and subscriptions

Lead Qualification:

Evaluate and qualify leads based on our defined ICP criteria.
Score and prioritize leads to ensure the sales team focuses on high-potential opportunities.

Preparation for Outreach:

Prepare detailed, organized notes on each qualified lead, highlighting key insights and relevant background information.
Collaborate with the appointment setters to ensure they have the information needed to make effective cold calls.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular updates on lead quality and progress.
Monitor industry trends and adjust lead qualification criteria as necessary.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Prior experience with ICP-based qualification is a plus.


This position is currently a project-by-project position with option to extend to a part time and maybe full time role.
