We are looking for a talented and passionate professional to strengthen our growing team.
As part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for making Social Media posts and reaching out to our prospects in a soft, gentle, polite & inviting manner.
This is NOT a hard sell sales function.


POSITION OVERVIEW
Your role will be helping me promote workshops about Spirituality & Tantra.
I am a spiritual teacher and I host physical & online workshops that need to be promoted through Facebook Events
You will be given exact promotion texts with target keywords that you can post in different Facebook groups and platforms.

PROMOTE FACEBOOK EVENTS
Our company sells physical and online courses on the topic of Personal, Emotional & Spiritual development. These courses need to be promoted. Firstly on Facebook, but we have a wish to expand to IG, Tiktok & LinkedIN as well.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Making sure our events & early-bird discount notifications are posted on the different Social Media platforms (like Facebook, Instagram and others) to notify our prospects that our events are coming,
Direct Messaging people who are interested in our event and inviting and helping them through the registration & payment process.
Answering questions from prospects (with help of our standard answers library) to convert them into sales.


CREATING NEW MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES (OPTIONAL)
We are open to expand our marketing channels. If you have experience in that, or a willingness to expand your knowledge and capacity to do so, we are happy to support that.


YOUR PROFILE
Excellent understanding of the English language in written form.
Capacity to be polite and inviting, not to be pushy.
Sales driven, enjoying the Target Chase.

You know how to work with Facebook & Instagram.
You know how to work with Google Sheets to keep track of your leads and follow-up.


Willingness to learn new skills and in depth Social Media platforms.
Capacity to follow instructions in very detailed manner.

You are able to allocate your time wisely to peak hours when we have sales deadlines.
You are flexible, creative & pro-active;
You can work in an orderly and structured manner;
You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads & prospects simultaneously;
You are driven and want to keep learning by/for yourself;
You have experience in Sales and are not afraid of reaching out to people.
You have an eye for detail and a resourceful mentality;
You are independent and you take responsibility for your work;
You have good communication skills and talk to us if something is not clear to you.

WORKING HOURS
Hours
±20 hours per week to start with, with the possibility of expansion to 30-40 hrs in the future.
You keep track of your worked hours.

WORKING TIME
It's mostly flexible, unless certain announcements need to be posted before a deadline.
And when prospects need to be notified before a deadline.

Note that we are mostly operating in the CET time zone (GMT+1 or GMT+2)


SALARY

Part 1: Base salary
$320 / P 1.450 per month for 20 hours per week.(so $ 80 / P 4.600 per week)
We pay per hour ($4.00 / P232) base salary.
If we are satisfied after that first month, salary increases are possible.

We will pay the base salary weekly on your Philippine bank account.

Part 2: Commission
$ 25 / P 1.450 for the first 5 converted leads per calendar month)
$ 35 / P 2.000 for each converted lead after the first 5 (per calendar month)

We will pay the commission weekly on your Philippine bank account.

We are Tantra Secrets Academy and are situated in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Tantra Secrets aims to bring the ancient mystical secrets of Tantra to the modern world in order to facilitate deeper connection to our authentic self and to express our uniqueness in the manifestation of this life.

Tantra into Zouk is a part of Tantra Secrets, which is a concept to introduce age-old spiritual practices into Zouk dancing, to assist dancers to connect on a deep spiritual level.

Your job will focus in the beginning on targetting prospects who are interested in the Tantra into Zouk concept.

Later on (can be within a few weeks), when we see you are performing well, you will be able to expand your prospect management target audience to other workshops we offer and potentially increase your salary significantly.

OUR TEAM
We currently have 4-6 people who assist Roger (the owner) in the workshops and retreats. Our team also consists of a VA, 2 video-/photographers and a Video Content Manager.

HISTORY
We have been giving these spiritual workshops for 6 years now and the number of participants is still growing.

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as It sounds, there are 3 qualities that I am looking for:

You are a good fit If you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty a paramount to myself and the team. If you aren't able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it! We are human after all!

Commitment
We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will become full time. If your Just looking for a few months of work, this is NOT for you.

Desire to Learn
We are a small team. but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If your not excited about improving your skills and trying other things outside of Sales & Facebook Marketing; this is not for you.
You will be encouraged to learn more about Facebook Marketing in this job. When we start it is mostly based event posting, but as we grow together, I want you to spend at least 4 hrs per week learning how we can improve our Facebook Marketing Strategies.
