High-Level Expectations:
We are looking for a Sales Training Content Creator who aligns with our mission, vision, and values while excelling in the responsibilities outlined below.

Compensation:
-Starting Pay: $250 weekly
-After 3 Months: $300 weekly
-After 6 Months: $360 weekly
Position Overview:
The Sales Training Content Creator is responsible for designing, developing, and refining engaging training materials focused on sales representatives and sales leadership. This role requires strong content development skills, creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure training effectiveness.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experience for sales professionals, using e-learning strategies, scriptwriting, and multimedia content creation to develop high-quality training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Development & Content Creation
-Develop structured, engaging, and results-driven training materials tailored to sales professionals.
-Create e-learning content, PowerPoint presentations, and voice-over scripts for interactive learning experiences.
-Ensure training materials are clear, accurate, and impactful to enhance learner comprehension and retention.
-Stay updated on sales training trends, best practices, and industry insights to integrate relevant knowledge into content.
2. Collaboration & Feedback Integration
-Work closely with internal teams, sales leaders, and clients to ensure training content aligns with business objectives.
-Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve training materials.
-Adapt training content to reflect market changes, sales strategies, and evolving business needs.
3. Project & Time Management
-Efficiently manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
-Maintain well-organized project files for easy access and version control.
-Balance time and resources effectively to maximize productivity and training impact.
4. Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks
-Assist with organizational and administrative duties as assigned by leadership.
-Take on additional tasks that support company objectives and training initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience in training content development, instructional design, or e-learning.
-Strong background in content creation, scriptwriting, and PowerPoint presentation design.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and integrate feedback into content.
-Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Adaptability to changing business needs and strong problem-solving skills.
-Familiarity with AI technologies, e-learning platforms, and LMS systems is a plus.
-A portfolio showcasing successful training materials is highly preferred.
-Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of managing tasks independently while working remotely.
-Must have a dual-monitor setup to enhance efficiency.
-Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and necessary software for remote work.
