ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team by optimizing processes, managing data, and driving operational efficiencies. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling our sales team to focus on revenue generation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales Support & Process Optimization
• Support CRM data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Create presentations of product offerings for customers.
• Manage sales documentation, pricing, and contract processes.
• Automate processes (e.g., creating
Reporting & Analytics
• Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights on performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Monitor key sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in preparing dashboards and presentations for leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, marketing, e-commerce, and customer service teams to drive projects forward.
• Support sales enablement efforts, including training materials and resources.
• Coordinate with IT and operations teams to improve system integrations and automation.
Administrative & Operational Support
• Manage and maintain sales tools, platforms, and databases.
• Assist with onboarding new sales tea
• Support order management, invoicing, and deal tracking.
WHO YOU ARE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience using SAP Business One and AirTable is a plus.
HOURS
• Standard hours: 9 AM - 6 PM CT, with weekend support needed ~6x per year during tradeshows.
• Flexibility required for availability outside of working hours as needed.
