Sales Operation Specialist

We are Festive Planet, a company dedicated to celebrating culinary diversity and uniting communities through the universal language of food. We’re launching a series of major food festivals across the U.S., featuring events such Upgrade to see actual info @mooooncakefest, Upgrade to see actual info are seeking an Sales Operation Specialist to closely work with me and manage vendor recruitment and oversee vendor accounts. This role will involve a variety of daily tasks, including:
-Managing the CRM system on Monday
-Organizing and maintaining vendor lists via Excel
-Cold calling potential vendors to schedule meetings
-Drafting professional emails to communicate with vendors

Required Skills:
-Proficient in CRM systems (professional level)
-Advanced Excel skills (professional level)
-Strong communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong writing skills
