JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Sales & Negotiation Virtual Assistant to help qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals in the real estate industry.

This is not a script-reading job—we need professionals who can think on their feet, control conversations, and drive revenue. We provide training and mentorship to help you refine your skills and become a top closer.

What You’ll Be Doing
Engaging Leads and Handling Objections – Speak with sellers, qualify leads, and uncover their motivations
Negotiation and Closing – Guide prospects toward the sale with persuasive communication
Appointment Setting and Follow-Ups – Warm up high-quality leads and schedule appointments for senior closers
CRM and Data Management – Track interactions and manage leads efficiently
Who We’re Looking For
Strong, Persuasive Communicator with a natural ability to influence
Proven Sales Experience in real estate, high-ticket sales, or cold calling is a plus
Competitive and Results-Driven – Thrives in a performance-based environment
Fluent English Speaker with Clear Communication and Little to No Accent
