Job description:
We are a leading commodity distributor in the US. We are looking for a near-native or native-level English cold caller to make outbound calls to the American market. Role is from 9-5 PM EST with additional hours upon request if necessary due to busy season (extra hours will qualify for overtime pay). Job will begin very quickly after a successful interview.

What you will do on the job:
-Make outbound cold calls to potential suppliers and clients to negotiate pricing to meet our target price for the commodity and gather necessary information.
-Organize and maintain a detailed list of pricing for our commodities across different cities in every state.
-Maintain organized records of all interactions and negotiations.
-Follow up with suppliers and clients through email to confirm details and negotiate terms.
-Use independent thinking to solve problems and follow directions with minimal questions.

Skills required:
-VERY fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
-Familiarity with the different states and cities in the US.
-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle pricing discussions confidently.
-Highly organized with the ability to manage and update detailed pricing lists.
-Comfortable making cold calls and following up through email.
-Ability to follow directions precisely and think independently.
-Must be able to work 5 days a week, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
