Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
-Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for the batching plant industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives
and market demands.
-Identifying new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets for batching plant products and
services.
-Manage key accounts and close high-value contracts in the batching plant and construction sectors.
Team Leadership & Development
-Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to ensure high levels of performance, goal achievement, and client satisfaction.
-Provide ongoing training and professional development to the sales team on product knowledge, industry trends, and effective
sales techniques specific to the batching plant industry.
-Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain long-term relationship with key customers, contractors, and construction companies within the batching
plant and construction industry.
-Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet project requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and
repeat business.
-Manage complex sales negotiations, addressing client concerns, and delivering high-quality service.
Market Analysis & Reporting
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitors in the batching plant
industry.
-Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights on sales performance, market share,
and revenue growth.
-Stay up to date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in batching plant solutions.
Collaboration with Operations & Product Teams:
-Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to
clients.
-Coordinate with the product team to ensure that offerings align with market needs and customer demands.
Qualifications:
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales management role in the batching plant,
construction materials, or industrial sector.
-Proven success in selling technical products and services to the construction and batching plant industries.
-Experience managing key accounts, negotiating large-scale deals, and leading a sales team.
Skills:
-Strong knowledge of the batching plant industry, concrete production, construction processes, and related equipment.
-Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
-Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions.
