JOB OVERVIEW

We are a premium apparel manufacturing and printing company serving high-growth brands, influencers, and businesses worldwide. Specializing in custom apparel solutions, we handle high-volume bulk orders for clients who prioritize quality, speed, and seamless service. As we expand our global B2B operations, we are looking for a Sales Manager (VA) based in the Philippines to take ownership of our inbound and outbound sales processes. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, strategic negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to closing deals and maintaining high-value relationships.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
$ 1,000 / Monthly + commissions

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Client Management – Engage with new and existing B2B clients, qualify leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
- End-to-End Communication – Manage all client interactions, ensuring a smooth sales cycle from inquiry to final purchase.
- Pricing & Quotation Handling – Provide accurate pricing, assist in bulk order negotiations, and ensure clarity on MOQs, production timelines, and customization options.
- CRM & Sales Tracking – Maintain detailed records of all interactions within our CRM, ensuring seamless follow-ups and a strong sales pipeline.
- Proactive Business Development – Identify new sales opportunities, reach out to potential high-value clients, and build long-term relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in apparel, printing, or e-commerce.
- Background in Shopify, Salesforce, Hubspot or any similar platform is highly preferred
- Proven ability to close deals with mid-to-large-scale businesses.
- Experience managing high-volume sales pipelines and handling negotiations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email automation, and sales tracking software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, independent, and target-driven.
