Role Overview
We’re looking for two highly motivated Sales VAs to handle lead generation, sales, and booking calls for our web design & SEO agency – Aaron Makes Websites.

No calling involved – just messaging, engaging, and booking calls!

You will be part of a highly supportive team, working closely with:
Aaron (Founder & Lead Sales) – Your direct manager, handling calls & closing deals
Joy (Web Developer & Sales Trainer) – Will train you on effective outreach & client funnels
Mary (Marketing & Content Specialist) – Ensures our messaging & positioning align with campaigns
Deeya (Admin & Operations Support) – Helps streamline workflows & CRM management
Jehan - (Lead Generation) - Helps generate leads
Kathleen - (Lead Generation) - Helps generate leads

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Follow-Up
- Respond to warm leads via DMs, email, and inquiries from our website
- Qualify potential clients and answer any initial questions
- Follow up strategically to encourage leads to book a call or make a purchase

Sales Support & Client Communication
- Guide interested leads toward the right service (web design, SEO)
- Close smaller deals (SEO audits, website fixes, landing pages) through messaging
- Book qualified leads into calls with Aaron (Founder) for larger projects

CRM & Sales Funnel Support
- Track & manage leads inside GoHighLevel (Training Provided)
- Ensure prospects receive pre-call materials to warm them up
- Report daily activity: messages sent, responses, calls booked, and deals closed

Salary & Hours
Part-Time: 20 hours per week
$300/month + performance-based commission (Earn more for each sale closed!)
Potential to increase hours/pay based on performance

- Experience in lead generation or sales outreach (preferred but not required)
- Strong written English & communication skills – Messaging leads daily
- Results-driven mindset – Focused on hitting call booking targets
- Organized & proactive – Able to manage lead lists & follow processes
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable learning & using CRM & outreach tools
