We are urgently looking for Property Management Sales & Lead Generation Specialist
Role Overview:
Searching for highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves sourcing high-quality property leads, coordinating sales outreach, and assisting with temporary housing placements. If you have a strong background in sales support, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research:
Work with Fiverr professionals for skip tracing to obtain property owner details (name, number,
Verify and cross-check property information using TitlePro, White Pages, and True People Search to ensure accuracy.
Organize and maintain a Google Sheets database with property details, owner contacts, and sales outreach templates.
Sales & Outreach:
Conduct lead outreach via call,
Ensure that all lead data is structured for easy access, allowing the CEO to quickly reference property details during calls.
Engage with temporary housing companies to secure midterm tenants (30+ days) for our properties.
Regularly post available listings on
Submit properties to corporate housing databases (CRS Housing, THD/Alacrity, ALE Solutions, Sedgwick, etc.).
Take on ad hoc projects as needed to support sales efforts.
Results & Expectations:
Consistently reach out to property owners via calls,
Provide updates to the CEO regarding sales efforts and market expansion.
Research and pull new properties for outreach every week.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in a sales, appointment setting and lead generation
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Strong attention to detail and outstanding customer service
Critical thinking & problem-solving ability
