Job Description: Appointment Setter/Sales Operations Assistant

Position Overview:
HIVEMIND, a dynamic small business consultancy specializing in growth marketing, sales and business development, lead generation, and staffing, is seeking an organized and professional Appointment Setter/Sales Operations Assistant. This role is pivotal in streamlining our sales process by qualifying and managing incoming warm leads from our advertising and marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in phone communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively use Go High Level (GHL).

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming leads, delivering a professional and engaging introduction to HIVEMIND.
Review and assess lead information from intake forms and gather additional essential details through phone conversations.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
Determine if leads are a good fit for HIVEMIND’s services and communicate with transparency if they are not.
Efficiently pass qualified leads to a business advisor for strategy discussions.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all lead interactions in Go High Level (GHL).
Identify and address any gaps in the lead qualification process to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead handling procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, preferably in a consultancy or service-based business.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and personable approach.
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to assess and qualify leads effectively based on set criteria.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving processes.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.


Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in sales operations or lead qualification.
Understanding of growth marketing, sales, and business development concepts.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new tools and systems.
