As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly experienced Sales Executive Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our sales process, supporting our Founder, and helping drive results.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Executive Assistant who has extensive experience as a setter, in sales, or sales support. This forward-facing role will serve as the backbone of our sales process, managing everything from lead follow-ups to proposal submissions, while also providing executive support to the Founder.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, understands the nuances of sales pipelines, and can build strong relationships with clients and prospects. If you have a proven track record in sales, client management, or executive assistance, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support Tasks:
Proactively follow up with leads who have applied for a call but haven’t booked a time.
Confirm and reschedule calls with prospects as needed.
Send contracts, proposals, and onboarding materials to prospects who are ready to move forward.
Maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline, tracking key data like call attendance, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system (Activecampaign //
Handle light prospecting tasks, such as making follow-up calls and re-engaging cold leads.
Executive Support Tasks:
Manage the Founder’s calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned and conflicts are avoided.
Respond to and organize
Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings and support onboarding processes.
Take ownership of administrative tasks to free up the Founder’s time for high-priority work.
Have some experience in “travel hacking” and/or be willing to learn
Proactive to help CEO be more productive and grow the company
Qualifications
Required Experience:
2+ years as a setter, sales assistant, or in a sales support role.
2+ years as an executive assistant for a busy / growing CEO.
Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and follow-ups effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Activecampaign, Monday boards or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills with a track record of building rapport with prospects or clients.

Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bonus Experience:
Familiarity with podcasting, B2B sales, or digital marketing.
Previous experience working in a remote team setting.

Competitive Monthly Pay: $1,000–$1,500 USD/month, based on experience and qualifications.
