We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with businesses and generate interest in our software team augmentation services. This role is focused on **outreach, relationship building, and appointment setting** with decision-makers. **MUST SUBMIT RESUME**
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients who may benefit from team augmentation
- Conduct **outbound cold calls,
- Qualify leads and assess their needs for software development support
- Deliver a compelling pitch and handle objections professionally
- Set up and schedule meetings between prospects and our team
- Maintain and update lead data in a CRM system
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Cold Caller, or similar role
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with fluent English
- Ability to **handle objections and nurture leads** through the sales pipeline
- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work **US/Canada time zones**
Compensation
- Base pay + performance-based commissions
