West Village Interior (https://westvillageinterior.com/) is a high-end interior design firm serving homeowners in New York City. We specialize in transforming residential spaces with luxury designs, tailored aesthetics, and expert craftsmanship. Our clientele includes realtors, homebuilders, contractors, and property developers who seek high-quality interior design solutions. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales with NYC-based clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to NYC-area real estate professionals.
2. Follow up with warm leads to book design consultations.
3. Engage in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor groups to generate leads and build relationships.
4. Secure 15-25 design consultations per month through direct outreach and follow-ups.
5. Build strategic referral partnerships with NYC-based realtors, contractors, and home stagers.
6. Convert leads into 5-8 closed sales per month, with project sizes ranging from $3,000 - $15,000.
7. Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, calls, follow-ups, and closed deals.

What We’re Looking For
1. 3+ years of experience in sales, real estate, home services, or interior design sales.
2. Strong ability to sell high-ticket services to affluent clients.
3. Fluent in English with a neutral or American-accented tone.
4. Ability to build trust with NYC homeowners and handle objections effectively.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable with a commission plus salary role.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools, cold-calling software, and lead-tracking systems.
7. Comfortable using Facebook, LinkedIn, and online communities for lead generation.
8. Must be available to work NYC business hours (9amET - 5pmET).

Compensation & Earnings Potential
This role includes a reasonable base salary for stability while still offering uncapped commissions.
Base Salary - providing a guaranteed income.
Commission on Closed Deals:
- $3,000 - $4,999 sale. 4% commission (6,700 - 11,200 PHP per sale)
- $5,000 - $9,999 sale. 6% commission (16,800 - 41,900 PHP per sale)
- $10,000 - $15,000+ sale. 8% commission (44,800 - 67,200 PHP per sale)
Bonuses & Incentives:
- 5,600 PHP ($100 USD) bonus for closing 5+ deals per month
- 11,200 PHP ($200 USD) bonus for closing 10+ deals per month
- 14,000 PHP ($250 USD) bonus for 25+ booked consultations per month
- 2,800 PHP ($50 USD) per new referral partner signed

Low Performer (3-4 sales/mo): Earns $900 - $1,100 USD/mo, incl. base and 4% commission on a $5,000 deal size.
Avg. Performer (5-8 sales/mo): Earns $2,400 - $3,660 USD/mo, incl. base salary and 6% commission on a $7,000 deal size.
High Performer (8-12 sales/mo): Earns $6,700 - $9,900 USD/mo, incl. base salary and 8% commission on a $10,000 deal size.
