We’re seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our fast growing team. We are a pest control company based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales process—responsible for generating leads, initiating contact through cold outreach, setting qualified appointments, and closing deals. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential clients and target industries
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team or manage the full sales cycle as needed
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and articulate the value proposition of our products/services
- Follow up with leads through structured outreach and CRM tracking
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and closed deals
- Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies based on feedback and performance data
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM
Qualifications:
- Advanced spoken and written English is required
- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and business development
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and relentless drive to succeed
- Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling Home Services directly to consumers - roofing / lighting / pest control
