JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our B2B sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with prospects, identifying new opportunities, and setting up sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Conduct initial prospect research and identify potential business opportunities.
Engage with inbound leads and qualify them before passing them to the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed performance metrics related to outreach and lead conversion.
