We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and build our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will work closely with the CEO to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
- Conduct professional and engaging discovery calls with potential clients
- Generate new qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities
- Conduct initial outreach through calls,
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and sales requirements
- Schedule and set up meetings between prospects and CEO
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in our CRM
- Achieve or exceed monthly qualified lead targets
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead generation strategies
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle rejection professionally
- Strong personality with the ability to handle assertive clients professionally
- Outstanding listening and negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to read client needs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and markets
- Background in lead generation or call center operations
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
Working Hours:
- PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)
Compensation:
- Base salary (to be discussed during the interview process)
- Competitive commission structure
Equipment Requirement:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
- RAM: 8 GB or higher
- Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
- Internet Connection: Minimum 120 Mbps download and 120 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 120 Mbps+ preferred.
- Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
