JOB OVERVIEW

Expectations Working 30 Hours a Week

Work Schedule and Availability

Weekly Hours: 30 hours per week.
Daily Schedule: Flexibility to work on a mutually agreed schedule, ideally spread evenly across the week.
Availability: Must be available during designated hours to ensure overlap with U.S. business hours for effective communication and coordination.

Performance and Productivity
Call Quotas: You are expected to make a certain number of cold calls daily (e.g., 50-70 calls per day).

Email
Outreach: Expected to send a specified number of outreach emails daily (e.g., 30-50 emails per day).
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify a set number of leads weekly.
Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and prospects, maintaining a structured follow-up schedule.

Quality and Communication
Call Quality: Maintain a high standard of professionalism and clarity during calls, following provided scripts and guidelines.

Email
Quality: Draft clear, concise, and professional emails with attention to detail and proper grammar.
Reporting: Provide daily or weekly reports on activities, including number of calls made, emails sent, leads generated, and conversion rates.

Tools and Technology
CRM Management: Use and update CRM software consistently to track interactions, manage leads, and record progress.
Tech Proficiency: Competent in using communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and other software relevant to the role.

Training and Development
Initial Training: Complete initial training sessions to understand the company’s products, sales strategies, and tools.
Ongoing Learning: Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to improve skills and stay updated on new strategies.

Professionalism and Conduct
Reliability: Consistently show up for scheduled shifts and complete assigned tasks within the allotted time.
Responsiveness: Respond promptly to communication from team members and supervisors during working hours.

Excellent Communication Skills

Cold-Calling Experience
Previous experience in cold-calling businesses.
Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle rejection.

Experience in drafting and sending professional emails.
