Job Summary:
Sales and Customer Service Representative (bilingual English, Spanish preferred) is the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring overall customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role is vital in maintaining solid relationships with customers and ensuring that their orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and providing product information in the customer's preferred language.
• Order Processing: Receive and accurately process customer orders in English and Spanish via phone,
• Sales and Marketing: Identify customer needs, drive marketing campaigns, offer suitable products, negotiate prices, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proactive Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, offering new products to existing customers and finding new product or client opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, and forecasted purchasing needs. Stay informed about the healthy food industry and superfood trends, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of emerging market opportunities and industry innovations that align with customer demands for health-conscious and sustainable products.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, sales, and business development activities within the company systems.

Experience:
Previous experience in sales, customer service roles, or related fields.
Experience in the food industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Experience in working with a US company.
