We specialize in customized cakes for all celebrations, including pet-friendly options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders from our e-commerce platform (Wix) and generate job sheets in Excel and PowerPoint for the local team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via WhatsApp, email, social media platforms, and Google feedback.
- Professionally handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery schedules to provide a seamless experience.
- Address and manage customer feedback with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring clear communication and resolutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service and proactive follow-ups.
- Communicate clear and accurate order specifications to the production team.
- Organize and update records of orders, customer interactions, and follow-up communications.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or handling customer complaints.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage customer issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on customer satisfaction and service recovery.
- Laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM and stable internet (>5MBPS).
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
