Performance Objectives:
Sales Pipeline Management: Own the sales pipeline by following up with estimates, proactively reaching out to new customers, and managing inbound leads to increase conversion rates.
Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales metrics, including lead generation, pipeline progression, and closing rates, providing insights and updates to management.
Customer Acquisition: Actively seek new business opportunities, leveraging your sales skills to introduce our services to potential customers and close sales.
Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on existing estimates and proposals, ensuring timely responses and converting leads into active clients.
Client Communication: Handle all incoming calls,
Sales Strategy and Promotions: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services, contributing to overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Technology Utilization: Use tools like G-Suite, Open Phone, and Connectteam to manage communications, track sales progress, and organize customer data efficiently.
Customer Service Support: Maintain ongoing customer service duties, resolving issues and maintaining client relationships while supporting sales efforts.
Administrative Support: Complete various administrative tasks and assist with scheduling, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with company goals.
Capabilities/Key Competencies:
Strong sales skills with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for sales interactions
Ability to nurture leads and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with G-Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail, Calendars, Slides) and basic PDF editing.
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
