Role Summary:
As a Sales Closer at Linas Growth Agency, you will be responsible for closing high-ticket deals with businesses that are ready to install growth systems. Your role is to guide prospects through our Growth System Offer, handle objections, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Close High-Ticket Sales:

Conduct sales calls with warm, pre-qualified leads from our outbound and inbound growth systems.
Present our Growth System Offer, clearly articulating the value and outcomes for potential clients.
Consistently close deals in the $15K-$50K range with a focus on long-term growth partnerships.
Handle Objections & Guide Prospects:

Use proven objection-handling techniques to address concerns and build trust.
Lead prospects through a consultative sales process, focusing on their growth goals and how our systems will help them achieve success.
Collaborate with Marketing & Outreach Teams:

Work closely with our Growth Specialists, SDRs, and marketing team to align messaging and ensure a seamless lead handoff.
Provide feedback on lead quality and sales process improvements.
Follow-Up & Relationship Building:

Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads who didn’t close on the first call.
Build strong relationships with prospects, positioning Linas Growth Agency as their go-to growth partner.
Track Performance & Meet Sales Targets:

Use GoHighLevel CRM to track all leads, sales activities, and outcomes.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the agency’s overall growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven High-Ticket Sales Experience:

Must have a track record of closing $15K-$50K+ deals in B2B, SaaS, agency, or service-based industries.
Experience selling growth systems, marketing services, or business consulting is a strong plus.
Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills:

Exceptional ability to build rapport, handle objections, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.
Confident presenting to business owners, founders, and executives.
Results-Driven & Commission-Motivated:

This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential. Your income will directly reflect your ability to close deals.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Tech-Savvy & CRM Proficient:

Experience with GoHighLevel, Apollo.io, or similar CRM tools.
Comfortable using sales automation tools and managing a pipeline of leads.
Understanding of Growth Systems & Marketing:

Familiarity with growth infrastructure, email marketing, cold outbound strategies, and paid acquisition (especially Facebook Ads) is preferred.
Ability to explain complex growth systems in simple, compelling terms.
