Job Description:

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed car rentals through effective sales strategies, client engagement, and closing techniques. You will be the final step in our sales funnel, ensuring that interested prospects become satisfied customers. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Convert warm leads from our Sales & Lead Generation team into confirmed bookings, focusing on achieving daily rental targets.

Client Communication: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to understand their needs and recommend suitable rental options.

Sales Closing: Use persuasive techniques to close sales, handle objections, and finalize rental agreements with clients.

Documentation: Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and processed for each new booking.

Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales metrics and report progress, adjusting strategies to meet targets.

Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the Lead Generation team on lead quality and customer preferences to refine the overall sales process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Closer or in a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client interactions and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
Familiarity with the car rental industry or gig economy platforms is a plus.
