We are a fast-growing marketing agency helping event halls and venues book more in-person tours and secure more event bookings. To ensure a seamless client experience and long-term retention, we’re looking for a Sales & Client Success Manager to own both client acquisition and relationship management.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales but also values ongoing client relationships, ensuring that the expectations set in the sales process align with the results delivered. This leads to higher client retention, renewals, and upsells.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Client Onboarding (50%)
- Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations to close deals with event venues.
- Set clear and realistic expectations for clients to ensure long-term success.
- Assist clients through smooth onboarding so they feel confident from day one.
- Work closely with the fulfillment team to align sales promises with real-world results.
Client Success & Retention (50%)
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they’re happy and engaged.
- Provide monthly check-ins and performance updates to reinforce the value of our services.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and seamlessly transition clients into longer-term deals.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve service delivery and client experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- Sales-driven and client-focused – you close deals, but you also care about long-term success.
- Excellent communicator – you can set expectations clearly, manage concerns, and build trust.
- Proactive problem-solver – you identify issues before they become problems.
- Experience in sales and account management – prior experience in B2B sales, client success, or account management is a plus.
- Familiar with digital marketing – bonus if you understand Google Ads, lead generation, or CRM tools like GoHighLevel.
