Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Remote

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our remote team and help drive our growth strategy.

Position Summary
As the BDM, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with property owners and investors, and promoting our property management services. You will collaborate closely with the President and other members of the sales team to implement effective strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to marketing efforts, particularly with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to generate and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, referrals, and inbound marketing leads.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using Lead Simple CRM.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct consultations to understand client needs and present tailored property management solutions.
Sales & Contract Negotiation
Present and close management agreements with potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to implement and optimize campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
Provide insights and feedback to improve ad performance and lead quality.
Contribute to the development of email marketing campaigns and other promotional strategies.
Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with the President and sales team to align on business development goals and strategies.
Track and report sales metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales and marketing processes.

Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the property management or real estate industry.
Skills
Proven ability to generate and close leads.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Knowledge of property management or real estate markets is a strong advantage.
Technology
Proficiency with Lead Simple CRM for pipeline management.
Comfortable using remote work tools such as Zoom, Ring Central & Google Drive.
Other Requirements
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Availability during business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.

Schedule
Must be available from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday... U.S. EST.
This must be your only job as it's a very important and busy role! Your full attention is required during normal business hours.

Reviews:
90 Day Performance Review & Annual Reviews. Reviews however do not guarantee compensation increases.

Payroll:
Payroll is processed bi-weekly via Wise.

Vacation / PTO:
Vacations are earned after the 1st 12 months of employment.
Vacation does not rollover year to year.
Years 1 - 5: Max 2 Weeks
Years 6 - 10: Max 3 Weeks

Holidays:
Full-time employees receive 8 hours holiday pay. Part-Time employees will receive 4 hours of Holiday pay. Our office will be closed on Federal Holiday Schedule for the below holidays:

January 1st- New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Juneteenth
July 4th- Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day (Thursday)
December 24th- Christmas Eve
December 25th- Christmas Day
