**About the Role **
We’re looking for a high-energy Virtual Sales Assistant to make outbound calls to warm leads who have already shown interest in our high-level business coaching program. Your job is to connect, qualify, and guide them to the next step—whether that’s answering their questions, handling objections, or booking them into a sales call.
*No cold calling. These are warm leads who have engaged with our content and expressed interest.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
-Making outbound calls to engaged leads interested in business coaching
-Following a proven script while keeping conversations natural and engaging
-Handling objections with confidence and guiding prospects toward the next step
-Booking qualified prospects into a strategy session with our team
-Keeping detailed notes on interactions in our CRM
-Learning and applying world-class sales techniques from top business mentors

**Requirements**
-Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with minimal to no accent
-Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
-Experience in sales or marketing (understanding funnels and closing high-ticket offers are a plus)
-Ability to work U.S. time zones
