Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to be part of the AI revolution in education, helping schools adopt AI to bring significant benefits to their teachers and students. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a consultative sales approach, capable of managing a high-volume sales funnel and meeting ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the education sector.
Cultivate and manage relationships with schools, educators, and administrative staff.
Develop consultative sales strategies that align with the unique needs of each school.
Manage multiple deal funnel stages with hundreds of prospects from lead generation to closing the deal.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Meet or exceed set sales quotas and metrics.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
Keep detailed records of all interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM.
Provide feedback based on customer insights to help inform product development.
Stay up-to-date on educational trends, AI technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the edtech or AI sectors.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong ethics, especially when dealing with child education.
A consultative approach to sales with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in using CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Language skills in Chinese or other languages are a bonus.
