Position Overview:
The Sales Assistant at Cru Wine is responsible for expanding the company’s reach by finding and securing new B2B trade clients in key markets. Reporting to the General Manager of Cru Wine France, the candidate will support both the French and UK company in new client acquisition. This role involves initiating client relationships, closing first deals, maintaining detailed CRM records, and supporting the team’s trade objectives through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Effective communication and strict adherence to company practices are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to new B2B trade clients in target geographies.
• Facilitate initial deals with potential clients and build lasting relationships.
• Provide comprehensive support to the General Manager with trade-related tasks and client communications.
• Ensure meticulous updating and maintenance of the CRM system with client and trade data.
• Make calls, follow up on leads, and comply with company methods and standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong business development and client acquisition abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience using CRM tools, ideally Hubspot
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Outstanding communication and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and support team goals.
