We are in hyper-growth mode and looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Engagement
Manage and optimize lead flow, inbound inquiries, and CRM (Zoho) to ensure smooth client acquisition.
Assist in closing deals, contract negotiations, and onboarding new coaching clients.
Track and analyze sales data, lead conversions, and business development performance.
Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main liaison between clients and our team.
Marketing & Event Planning
Oversee the marketing funnel—from lead generation to conversion.
Coordinate webinars, speaking engagements, and events, ensuring all details are executed seamlessly.
Work closely with Meta Ads, Google Suites, and Asana to implement sales and marketing strategies.
Develop and execute
Operations & Process Optimization
Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
Manage event logistics, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
Own and improve sales and marketing automations, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
Stay ahead of industry trends, tech tools, and competitive market insights.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
? Background in sales, business development, or online programs.
? Strong understanding of lead flow, CRM systems (Zoho preferred), and automation tools.
? Hands-on experience with marketing funnels, events, and customer acquisition strategies.
? Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills You Will be talking a lot!
? A problem-solver who takes initiative and is not afraid to make decisions.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)
? Experience in real estate or coaching industries.
? Knowledge of
? Familiarity with Asana and other project management tools.
? Background in event planning and execution.
