The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. This role is crucial in helping to scale the business by enhancing our sales processes, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in targeting telecommunication companies such as T-Mobile and AT&T to become channel partners. Additionally, the Sales Assistant will support our Amazon affiliate marketing efforts across social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
? Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing correspondence.
? Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales personnel.
? Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Customer Relationship Management
? Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
? Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
? Assist in the onboarding process of new clients and ensure they receive exceptional service
Sales Coordination
? Coordinate and track sales activities, ensuring that deadlines are met and sales targets are achieved.
? Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales manager.
? Support the implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Channel Partner Development
? Assist in identifying and targeting potential channel partners, particularly in the telecommunications sector (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T).
? Support the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
? Coordinate activities related to channel partner engagement and collaboration.
Affiliate Marketing Support
? Assist in managing Amazon affiliate marketing efforts.
? Develop and schedule content for social media channels to promote affiliate products.
? Track and report on affiliate marketing performance and suggest improvements.
Communication
? Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company.
? Ensure effective communication of sales updates, customer feedback, and any issues that may arise.
Data Management
? Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
? Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
? Experience with affiliate marketing and social media management is a plus.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
