What You’ll Be Doing:
- Following up with warm leads provided by our team
- Building rapport and negotiating with homeowners to secure contracts
- Documenting and reporting key details of each interaction
- Consistently hitting performance targets

REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be Fluent in English—Both spoken and written fluency are a must.
- Love Talking to People—A warm, friendly, and confident personality is key to making homeowners feel at ease.
- Have Proven Sales or Closing Experience—You must know how to connect with prospects and close deals.
- Be Highly Organized—You’ll manage leads, update our CRM, and schedule follow-ups.
- Have a Quiet Work Environment—You must be reliable and able to work remotely without distractions.
- Type Fast—A minimum of 50 words per minute is required to document conversations efficiently.
- Be Tech-Savvy—You should be comfortable using web-based applications (we’ll train you).
- Have the Right Equipment—You’ll need a desktop or laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Have a Can-Do Attitude—You should thrive under pressure and be motivated by achieving results.
- Pay Attention to Detail—This is critical. Follow instructions carefully, as there will be a task in the application process to test your attention to detail.

COMPENSATION:
$5/hour for the first 90 days
$6/hour PLUS Bonuses starting on Day 91
$7/hour PLUS Bonuses starting on Day 181
$7/hour PLUS Bonuses starting on Day 182 PLUS BONUSES.

Compensation will be paid through EasyPay, and you will use TimeProof to log your hours daily.
