Intake Specialist - Law Firm

Hi, do you have inbound phone call experience and very good English? Our firm is looking for someone to talk to potential clients to help them determine if we're the right fit for them. We use a consultative sales model with a conversational and empathetic approach. This is a long term, full time position working US hours (we're 13 hours behind).

Our new Intake Specialist will be available during our office hours to hold a sales consult with prospective clients. The consults are 15-20 minutes each, and the Intake Specialist will schedule and perform any necessary follow up to close a client. Consults are often scheduled same or next day, so availability and focus during our office hours is required.
