About the Job

MUST - extensive Sabre knowledge, manual ticketing, plus for experience with airlines. If no Sabre or manual ticketing experience you will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sabre Ticketing Agent (Air primarily) with exceptional English language proficiency to join our team. In this remote position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and accurate ticketing processes for our valued clientele.

Shift Schedule (EST):
Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Flexibility: Some flexibility may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced Sabre system knowledge to efficiently manage manual ticketing, reservations, and related travel tasks.
Demonstrate expertise in navigating the Sabre GDS to provide comprehensive support for bookings and changes.
Ensure precision and accuracy in processing ticketing requests, consistently meeting client expectations.
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to troubleshoot and resolve ticketing or reservation issues promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries professionally.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years as an airline ticketing agent or in a related role.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in ticketing processes.
Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with airline policies, regulations, and best practices in the travel industry.

Compensation:
Starting Salary: $950 - $1,100 per month based on experience, paid weekly.
