JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a proactive Virtual Sales Assistant to work alongside me and drive my outbound sales efforts in the dynamic world of retail ecommerce. In this part-time role, you’ll utilise tools and automation to create personalised, authentic outreach. The software we are selling is industry leading in Retail ecommerce – an exciting and fast-paced field.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Use my list of target accounts and access prospect databases to identify high-quality leads.

Personalised Outreach: Craft engaging, tailored e-mail and LinkedIn messages, utilising AI and automation for efficiency while ensuring authenticity. Note: no phone calls required!

CRM Management: Maintain and update my CRM with accurate lead information and progress.

Proof of Concept: Develop compelling, visually engaging proof of concepts that highlight my AI-powered, crawler/scraper software.

Follow-Up: Execute timely and thoughtful follow-ups to nurture leads and drive progression through the sales funnel.

Scheduling Outbound: All outbound communications must be sent during AEST. You can use scheduling tools to manage this if required.

Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses for meetings booked that progress past the discovery phase.
Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales, ideally within a SaaS environment.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to create personalised, authentic content.

Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation, and prospecting tools.

Experience in design is a bonus, enhancing the visual appeal of proof of concepts and outreach materials.

Ability to work independently with full autonomy once you’re up to speed on my software and processes.

Willingness to trial and use new software to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Details:

Hours: 3 hours a day / 15 hours a week. You choose your own hours; however, for the first few weeks you'll need to work on Australian time while you ramp up.

Working Together: You’ll work alongside me directly, collaborating closely on all aspects of the sales process.
