SaaS Landing Page Designer & Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Web Designer & Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help onboard contractors signing up for our software, HomePlate. The role involves designing and building custom landing pages tailored to each contractor’s needs, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. This position is critical in creating a lasting first impression of our software and services.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop fully customized landing pages for contractors based on their branding requirements, such as logos, colors, and specific content.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure contractor needs are fully understood and met during the page setup process.
Optimize landing pages for responsiveness and user experience across devices.
Maintain a consistent design standard that aligns with HomePlate’s branding while tailoring pages to each contractor.
Document and report any technical or design issues that arise during page creation.
Communicate directly with contractors as needed to gather necessary details and confirm design elements.
Stay updated on the latest web design trends and tools to continuously improve landing page quality and efficiency.

Familiarity with modern web design tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Figma, or Adobe XD).
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interactions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience:
Proven track record of designing and building landing pages or similar web projects.
Experience working with SaaS platforms or onboarding clients is a plus.
