SUPERSTAR Video Editor Needed

I'm looking for a superstar editor to join my team and work with me on all types of videos for the REAL ESTATE NICHE. This editor will edit for both my clients and myself, my personal brand. I expect the editor will be capable of doing the following at a high level:

- Short Form Reels (30-60 seconds)
- Long Form YouTube (3-5+ Minutes)
- VSL Explainer Videos
- Real Estate Walkthrough Videos

Here are some requirements to work with me:
- Must speak and understand fluent English
- All videos must be spell-checked to 100?curacy
- Must edit on either Premiere Pro + AE, Davinci Resolve, or Final Cut
- NOT PART OF AN EDITING TEAM OR WORKING FULL-TIME WITH SOMEONE ELSE

My goal is to produce a large amount of content for myself and my clients, so you'll be expected to output roughly 1-3 videos per day depending on length and style. Because of this, I do not want to hire a team of editors or someone who has multiple clients, I want to be your only client and I will pay you a monthly salary.

We will work closely together, and improve our content as we go, so I don't expect perfection on day 1. I do however expect someone who is willing to continually learn and get better at editing. Someone who is passionate and excited to work from home and pick their own schedule.

We will be in communication at least 5x days a week to dial in our processes and procedures, and I expect you to be accountable and report often. This will include sending you reels and video ideas myself and my clients like, as well as client feedback and how we can improve our videos.

A little bit about me: My name is Jason, I live in Utah USA and I produce extremely high end luxury real estate videos for realtors, home builders, developers, designers, architects, etc. here in the USA. I'm a very relaxed and chill person, and I want to find someone who is similar to me and excited to grow with me and my business. I will also be venturing into new industries and niches, so the possibility for growth is high with multiple types of videos! I'm more than happy to personally train you on my editing styles, color grading, and sound design as well.
