STR: Pricing and listing optimizer specialist for an Australian company

Moxxi Property, a fast-growing short-term rental (STR) management company with over 170 properties under management. We are looking for a Revenue & Listing Optimization Specialist to join our remote team. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week to start with the opportunity to grow into fulltime as part of our dynamic and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management:
+ Monitor and adjust pricing strategies using tools like PriceLabs and Keydata to maximize revenue and occupancy.
+ Analyze local area market trends, booking patterns, and key metrics.
+ Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall property performance.

Listing Optimization:
+ Optimize property listings on OTAs like Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Agoda to enhance visibility and booking conversions.
+ Maintain accurate and engaging property descriptions, photos, and amenities.
+ Use data-driven insights and Ai to continually refine listings.

PMS Management:
+ Work within our property management system, Resly, to ensure seamless operations and data accuracy.
+ Update calendars, pricing, and property details across platforms.

Qualifications:
+ Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Agoda).
+ Strong experience with PriceLabs.
+ Familiarity with Resly or other PMS platforms.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
+ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
+ Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
