Summary:
We are seeking an experienced STR Guest Support Specialist to support our expanding portfolio. You will be responsible for managing daily guest communication and coordinating some operational tasks. The goal is to ensure exceptional guest experiences while minimizing the need for involvement from ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest communication.
* Manage bookings, check-ins/outs, and reservation changes.
* Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to maintain 5-star reviews.
* Oversee review management and use feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
* Marketing and Promotion: Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating property listings, optimizing photos, and managing social media accounts to attract guests and enhance property visibility
* Other operational and process improvement tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in STR or property management, with strong Airbnb/VRBO expertise.
- Strong English and excellent communication, problem-solving, and tech skills.
- Experience with OwnerRez, Ring, and other STR tools.
- Full-time availability with flexibility to handle emergencies.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time (50-60 hours/week), flexible
- 5-day work week with a rotating schedule
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
