*ROLE:*
The SMS Agent is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business.
This role involves reaching out to and qualifying outbound leads, accurate reporting in our CRM, identifying potential issues in our lead gen process, and communicating these to the Fulfillment Team Manager.
The SMS Agent is responsible for meeting lead gen targets and generating as many warm SMS leads possible for the ISA Team, so that collectively the entire department can book as many appointments for our Clients, hit their targets, and retain their business.

The SMS Agent handles the 1st and 2nd Step of the Fulfillment Process.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Work as part of a cohesive sales and marketing team towards a common goal, contributing to a competitive yet collaborative environment that maximizes the performance of the entire team.
Strive to meet and exceed individual lead generation targets.
**Text Outbound leads that have expressed interest, and convert them into warm leads for our Inside Sales Agents to call them and book them as appointments.
**Manage SMS conversations, follow-up diligently with prospects and persuasively respond to text conversations to generate a the maximum amount of leads from our SMS campaign. Manage/Respond/Follow-Up with text conversations that is aligned with Company guidelines, to generate warm leads for our Fulfillment Team to fulfill Client targets.
Report individual lead generation metrics to the Fulfillment Manager, ensuring all quotas are met.
Collaborate with the Fulfillment Team to follow lead generation plans that align with company and Client target objectives.
Participate in sales training and onboarding programs.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies.
*OBJECTIVES:*
A minimum of 100 qualified SMS leads are generated per client managed, per month.
Regular SOD/EOD reports on leads generated, conversations management and client accounts maintenance.
Each SMS Agent meets their quota or receives appropriate coaching.
Company values and culture are consistently upheld by all SMS Agents.
*Qualifications:*
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a business-to-business appointment setter role.
Minimum of 1 years experience in setting appointments from paid advertising.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Experience in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.

Dialer Softwares (VanillaSoft, CallTools, RingCentral, etc)
Slack
Go High Level (or other similar CRMs)
Asana (or other similar Project Management Tool)
Real Estate Industry Knowledge (real cherry on top)
HOURS: Central Standard Time Zone (Flexibility Offered)
SALARY: $480 / Month.
