We are currently seeking an experienced SEO Specialist & Web Editor for one of our clients, a growing company in the Digital Marketing Industry. This role will focus on enhancing online visibility through SEO strategies, optimized content, and website management.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist & Web Editor with experience in both on-page SEO and content management. This part-time role involves optimizing website content, managing SEO campaigns, and ensuring web pages meet the highest SEO standards. Candidates should be proficient in platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Atlas, BrightLocal, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop content strategies to improve organic rankings.

Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for SEO performance.

Utilize tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Atlas, and BrightLocal to analyze and enhance website performance.

Edit and publish SEO-friendly blog posts, web pages, and landing pages using WordPress or other CMS platforms.

Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary site optimizations.

Manage Google Business Profiles and enhance local SEO visibility.

Develop and maintain local citations and maps optimization (a plus).

Analyze and report on website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Ensure all content aligns with best SEO practices and enhances user experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in SEO and website content management.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Atlas, and BrightLocal.

Experience with WordPress, Yoast SEO, or SEOPress for content optimization.

Strong understanding of local SEO strategies, including citations and Google Business Profile management.

Ability to implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with SEO copywriting experience.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or website structure optimization is a plus.

Strong analytical skills for interpreting website performance data.

(Optional) Experience with Google Ads campaign management is a plus.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Willingness to start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
