We’re seeking an SEO Specialist, Content Writer & Email Marketing Strategist to lead our efforts in driving organic traffic, crafting high-quality content, and developing engaging email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a motivated, data-driven, and creative individual passionate about SEO, content strategy, and email marketing.

Job Summary
As the SEO Specialist, Content Writer & Email Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve Agora Visa's organic search visibility, producing high-quality content, and creating compelling email campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You’ll play a critical role in driving website traffic, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
* Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
* Perform ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.

On-Page SEO:
* Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content for targeted keywords.
* Conduct site audits and recommend improvements for crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals compliance.

Technical SEO:
* Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, improve site speed, and ensure mobile-first indexing.
* Monitor and resolve technical issues affecting search performance.

Off-Page SEO:
* Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
* Build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and relevant websites for content outreach and partnerships.

Analytics & Reporting:
* Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
* Provide actionable insights to improve SEO strategies.

2. Content Writing Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with SEO and email marketing goals.
* Conduct audience research to identify content gaps and opportunities.

Content Creation:
* Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, guides, and email content.
* Create compelling and engaging headlines, meta descriptions, and social media copy.

Content Optimization:
* Update and repurpose existing content to improve rankings and relevance.
* Leverage keyword research to inform content creation.

Collaboration:
* Work with design and development teams to ensure content is visually appealing and user-friendly.
* Collaborate with marketing to align content with broader campaigns.


3. Email Marketing Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
* Develop and execute an email marketing strategy to engage prospects, nurture leads, and retain clients.
* Segment audiences and create personalized email campaigns tailored to each stage of the customer journey.

Campaign Creation:
* Design and write engaging email content, including newsletters, promotions, and automated drip campaigns.
* Ensure all email campaigns align with SEO and content marketing goals.

Performance Monitoring:
* Track key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
* Use analytics tools to refine campaigns and improve email performance.

Compliance & Best Practices:
* Ensure email campaigns adhere to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
* Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

SEO Skills:
* Proven experience in SEO strategy, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page optimization.
* Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
* Strong understanding of Google’s algorithm updates and ranking factors.

Content Writing Skills:
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Experience creating SEO-optimized content across multiple formats (blogs, web pages, email content).
* Ability to write for various audience segments with a focus on clarity and engagement.


Email Marketing Skills:
* Experience creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
* Familiarity with email automation workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
* Strong analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance.

General Skills:
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of immigration-related topics and services is a plus.
* Experience with WordPress CMS.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and SEO enhancements (e.g., Jasper.ai, ChatGPT).
* Experience with international SEO and email marketing strategies.
